Finca La Chamusca
Wonderful Finca with stunning views of the Atlantic and Teide National Park cared for and spoiled by their owners to the last detail. The gardens surrounding, the house and as well the terraces and the pool area, ensure enjoy a fantastic holiday with family or friends. In addition, the farm is planted with many Mediterranean trees and tropical fruits such as papayas, mangoes, avocados, plums, apples, etc., which our guests can be taken for daily and personal enjoyment. For children to enjoy is a play corner for entertainment and a large lower terrace where they can run around safely. Adults have their own entertainment area at the entrance of the house, a roof with additional kitchen, barbecue, dining room, a nice bar, a pool table area and another dining area at the entrance of the house, ect. All to enjoy during the whole year.
The house is spacious, bright and fully renovated with hardwood, all tastefully and with care. It has 3 bedrooms, one double room and 2 singles and an extra bed for a fifth person if necessary. The living room is cozy and has satellite TV and a fireplace for the few cold days during the year, but the wood is not included. The dining area and kitchen seems inspired by the architecture of Lanzarote, the artist Cesar Manrique. The bathroom is new, spacious and bright and has also a shower and a whirlpool tub. The house offers internet service via a WIFI line.
The pool area is the most striking of the property for its spectacular views of the sea and Teide. It is fully furnished with hammocks, umbrellas, a dining room and an outdoor shower, which guarantees many hours of relax and recreation.
Despite being in a rural area with access through a cement track, the distance to the center of Icod de los Vinos is only 15 minutes, where are many attractions such as his historic center, his shopping areas or the variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The nearest beach is Playa San Marcos is only approx. 15 min by car.
Finca La Chamusca is rented entirety and for the exclusive use and enjoyment. It is recommended for anyone looking for peach and appreciates nature, away from the resorts and the crowds of tourists. Hiking enthusiasts will find different routes from close proximity of the Finca.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Wonderful stay
The pictures of the property really don’t do it justice- we were pleasantly surprised when entering the property grounds. The check in process was easy. The inside kitchen is a bit small but the outdoor one is huge! The villa has lovely sea views and is more spacious than it seems.The only downside to the stay was a very cold pool, didn’t really get use of of it due to this - however I imagine in the summer it is perfect. Definitely would return here, love the location.

Schöne & ruhige Finca mit herausfordernder Zufahrt
Wir haben gerade ein paar Tage in dieser Finca verbracht.
Wir sind leider erst kurz vor Mitternacht dort angekommen. Grund war, dass wir uns mehrfach verfahren hatten. Zudem ist die Anfahrt, insbesondere in der Nacht, doch etwas abenteuerlich.
Im Haus war alles da, was unbedingt sein muss inkl. einer Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüssung. Gefehlt haben leider so Sachen wie eine Seife oder ein Geschirrtuch.
Da die Finca etwas abgelegen ist, ist es auch dementsprechend herrlich ruhig. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Pool war angenehm, das Grundstück recht gross und vom Dach des Hauses aus hat man sogar einen direkten Blick auf den Teide Vulkan.
Bei Tageslicht verliert auch die Zufahrt zum Haus ihren Schrecken und so können wir das Haus empfehlen.

Schöne Finca
Sehr schöne Finca in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Das ist Haus ist komplett eingrichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Sie bietet viel Platz und ausreichend Komfort. Die Anfahrt ist, wie schon hinreichend beschrieben, abenteuerlich. Dafür wird man mit einer tollen Lage und einem schönen Ausblick belohnt.
