There was no one at the front desk for 2 hours after i checked in. The property is on a 1 way Frontage Rd under construction

It was terrible. I walked in my room and roaches everywhere. I felt uncomfortable being the only one in the hotel, but staff told me there was an officer staying and gave me his room number which I’m sure is against privacy but there were no vehicles. I checked right back out of the room and found another place to stay. Very unhappy with it.

Not taken care of and Run Down

Hotel was not dirty but not clean. Everything was worn out and not in good condition. The outside was horrible. The building was covered with mold and the pool was infested with mold, frogs and other bugs. The room was not so dirty that you could not sleep but not nice and clean either. The whole place had a bad smell. I would pass on this hotel.

Comfy room but ugly outside.

The outside of the hotel didn't look very attractive. The lawn and flower beds were over grown. The inside was much better. The lobby was clean and so was our room. The morning coffee was great! The young lady at the reception desk was friendly.

This was the most HORRIBLE experience my family has had at a stay through expedia and was NO help we i called for help to tranfer to snoth location after arivinf here to NO staff the contractor che ked me in at 3 at 11pm i was locked out of my room went down and people atanding waiting for someone to show up stood there 15 minsute then stated hollaring down the hall and there comes the contractor gave me a new key helped the others. The pool wasm closed and had been and in face the whole place should have been no lockes on outter doors or safty lock in inner doors worksed it was horrible

My first night the male staff accused my child of playing with the broken exit sign on the ground. He told my child you don't belong here. My child was respectful to the staff. I told the staff the sign was in the middle of walk way and my child eas moving it out of the path. He keep goning off on me. Not good staffing personal. Roaches in room.

This hotel was wonderful! It’s clean, nearly brand new, and the customer service from the staff was excellent. Wonderful pool and hot tub!

The breakfast center was not open, there was no hot water and the TV did not work. In the morning as I left there was no one at the front desk to tell me about breakfast (it was truly unmanned).

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My family and I came, and the room was so filthy and dirty. The young lady did switch our room. But it was just nasty. When I went to check out, I had to leave note as there was no front desk staff to assist me with me. I would never visit this hotel in this City again.

Needs attention

I have stayed here three times now, and each time it seems worst. There was no hot water, it was cold water only for some reason. The attendant was not available for help. My key did not work and I had to wait for the front desk person a good while for help. There were small roaches in the bathroom, unacceptable. Room was not fresh. I usually do not post reviews but feel I need to for this hotel because it needs attention. Thank you
