This hotel was wonderful! It’s clean, nearly brand new, and the customer service from the staff was excellent. Wonderful pool and hot tub!

The breakfast center was not open, there was no hot water and the TV did not work. In the morning as I left there was no one at the front desk to tell me about breakfast (it was truly unmanned).

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My family and I came, and the room was so filthy and dirty. The young lady did switch our room. But it was just nasty. When I went to check out, I had to leave note as there was no front desk staff to assist me with me. I would never visit this hotel in this City again.

Needs attention

I have stayed here three times now, and each time it seems worst. There was no hot water, it was cold water only for some reason. The attendant was not available for help. My key did not work and I had to wait for the front desk person a good while for help. There were small roaches in the bathroom, unacceptable. Room was not fresh. I usually do not post reviews but feel I need to for this hotel because it needs attention. Thank you

I didn’t get to go because of threat of bad weather. I think it is unfair that you don’t set least give a partial refund. I spend an hour last night trying to cancel it but never could get through with Expedia the hotel said they couldn’t cancel
