So, the staff at this hotel was wonderful. Everything needed so much improvement. The elevator was so hot that it felt like a sauna. The hallway and the room itself smells so musty like it had flooded and the water did not drive properly. My room itself was not very clean. There was a stain on my sheet. The toiletries in the bathroom were empty. The room itself was humid that the sheets the towels, and even my clothes after staying in the room felt damp. Circling back to the elevator the floors were so dirty and so sticky. I’m not sure how this hotel has had the ratings that has had in the past because I was a little bit disgusted. Would never stay here again. Also, the TV remote had options to log into your own streaming service, but if you try to select one of them, it would just power the television off. And only about five channels worked. Lastly, I would like to add that it looks like the door to my room 323 have been pride open previously. Did not feel very safe.

We arrived about 9:15pm...tired from having to deal with family affairs. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were pretty nice...then in the morning whrn were getting ready to start getting up and moving around, housekeeping tries to enter our room without knocking. Checknoutnis at 11am..we had a sign on the door, they tried to enter at 10:05am without even announcing themselves.

Limited cont. breakfast. The room was outdated: the bathroom vent fan did not work, the bed was very hard, poorly lit, the light above the spa worked off and on, and the toilet seat handle did not work properly-had to jiggle the handle.

Room conditions are poor. TV service 1 star or less. Bathroom door doesn’t lock. Was me my wife and two boys. So we need privacy at the restroom sometimes. Indoor pool ? Come on !! Don’t know how they can do worse. Front desk personnel was nice and gentle. That’s what is two stars. Breakfast ummmm no bad. Definitely I hope don’t have to stay in this hotel anymore.

The room was very clean, well stocked and staff was great! House Keepers were very nice and courteous. Front desk was always attentive to our needs. Extra coffee, pool towels etc. Breakfast was good, dining room was very clean, kitchen staff was nice and helpful. Easy check in, check out. Other guests were quiet and friendly. Will book a stay here again!
