Room was nice......i.just wish i wasn't so close to front entrance.....it was a little noisy In the hall way after 10 pm. I couldn't sleep to well I try to be in bed by 9pm. Little thing on my door......made it hard to close. Other then that everything was okay.

Overall my stay was nice. The room was clean and staff was excellent. Only problem I had was the bed. If felt like my upper body was sinking in. Also it was some upgrades going on in that part of the hotel so I’m sure the next time I stay there it won’t be as much construction going on.

Bed was comfortable, the place seemed clean and reception staff were great. Fittings felt quite old, a lot of noise very early on a Sunday morning from cleaning staff in the laundry cupboard across from my room and lots of noise from other guests in the corridor. Breakfast very basic and far too much use of single-use plastic - unnecessary, please do better!

Lobby was nice and renovated. Hotel halls were messy and difficult to navigate. Room was okay, but the bed sunk in the middle was so uncomfortable. Bathroom shower and curtain liner had hairs left in them, was so gross. We checked out and went to a different hotel. The manager was nice about it and he did refund my money. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was clean and still doing some renovations. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast bar was wonderful. Great variety and food was hot and replenished often. The rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower pressure and water temp was great and consistent. I loved that the hotel entrances were locked and required a room key to gain access. My only complaint was that one of the back entry doors did not require a room key to gain entry, which voided out the safety that the other entry doors provided by allowing anyone to gain entry to the entire property.
