COMPLAINT OYO LA GLORIETA

The hotel sold the rooms to other guests actually when the 4 persons arrived the hotel told them that they had already sold their rooms and they cannot remove the new guests which was terrible

Staff was nice. Didn’t like that there was no fan to get air circulation. We had to leave our door open to let some air in. There was mold in the ceiling in our bathroom.

La atendión del personal muy buena

Hay que aclarar que la entrada es por un motel para que no se confundan los usuarios. Es necesario cambiar los depóstios de agus de los baños por unos ahorradores.

Esta bien el hotel, lo que no me gusto es que no hay agua caliente (hay que pedir que prendan el calentador) se dilata mucho en salir agua caliente y se desperdicia mucha agua en lo que sale.
