I left my earbuds on my bed and checked out the lady found them and ran to my taxi before it left, thank you for saving my earbuds. No hooks in washroom Breakfast congee was a bit cold by 9 o'clock. Friendly service.

Good city location. Walk to eateries & market

Our original hotel was damaged by the earthquake, "True Friend" was a late change. Good location, short walk to eateries and night market. Friendly staff. Off-street parking lot nearby. Shower has no screen so the bathroom can get pretty wet. Overall good value.

very good service. i had left over my jacket there, they found it and courier to me in taipei. room spacious n quiet. toilet also big. kettle with coffee n tea provided. check in and cgeck out very fast. night market just 2 min walking distance. easy to find the hotel.

It was ok, I guess..

It was ok I guess? There were exactly 4 of us and we booked a quad room. The room was really small for 4 pax and opening our luggages was an issue. We shifted the beds around to compromise but could only open 2 big luggages still. The water suddenly turns hot and cold while bathing. But location was pretty good as it's near the night market.

Located at strategy area which is nearby nightmarket , pharmacy , restaurant , etc . Room cleanliness is great. However, the some of the breakfast dishes such that Mee bhoon, vege have been served in not warm condition. Thus, it will be good if warm the food before serve it to customer.

Enjoy the stay

it is a pleasant stay at true friend. Location is great. Mins walking distance to the shore as well as the night market. Not far walk to the downtown shops and restaurants also. Hotel provide bikes for free. you can ride near the sea shore park. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They booked our local trip with travel agency and provided a lot of tips on where to eat where to shop nearby. The room is kept very clean, bed is comfortable. If I have to pick something not 100% satisfied with, it is the breakfast (included in the price we pay). It was good but not much varieties and it was pretty much the same all three days we stayed there. Overall, we loved our stay and will certainly recommend to our friends.
