A great place to enjoy happy!!

The location was amazing. The paddle boards and kayaks were a huge hit and provided hours of fun for everyone.! Loved the sandy beach and fire pit. The steps were a challenge for this gramma, but the good fun far outweighed the challenge.

Family holiday

The home was beautiful with plenty of space for 4 couples and children. The view was beautiful even at night. We would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy the sunroom and the water activities.

2025 New Year Relaxation

We went with friends/couples with one having his 55th Birthday celebration during our stay. All accommodations as listed and more. It was a good time in a beautiful Lake house.

This was the most amazing home and location we could have stayed at.

The property was extremely clean, equipped with everything you need and breath taking. The host communicates with me immediately and was so helpful. I cannot wait to go back! I LOVED everything about this experience.

Megan’s home is beautiful & whenever I needed assistance, she responded quickly! The fire pit, dock, paddle boarding & kayaking was so fun for my family, they had a wonderful time! Highly recommend her lake house home! Thank you Megan!

Great spot with a little beach!

This is a very nice property on the water. Suited our family well. The only downside is the fact that 3 of the bedrooms do not have windows.

Beautiful Home and View

My big family plus, my parents went for a few days and enjoyed every moment!! It is a lot of stairs, but that was expected for us! Everything they have to do down at the dock is amazing! The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards! The hot tub was huge and fit everyone! Cannot wait to stay here again!

Gorgeous house!

We booked a last minute stay during spring break with my parents and family. This place was immaculate! Megan was very responsive in all communications. House is super clean, well laid out and well stocked. Bedding and mattresses were wonderful. Can't wait to stay again.

The house is gorgeous! Description on listing is perfect. It was so clean, every detail is thought off. Everything is labeled easy to find. There is so much room to hang out. Everything is top notch really really loved it and will definitely be back!! Megan was an amazing host!!

Exceeded expectations

This lakeside home is beautiful, appointed generously, and clearly well loved. Beds and bedding, linens, kitchen offerings - everything was very generous and appreciated. The views of the lake from an enclosed porch on a rainy day was lovely, with an open deck for the perfect weather days. A large hot tub was wonderful, the dock and all its offerings added to the fun. We hope to return soon!

Megan was a great host and the process was very simple from booking to arrival. Megan checked on us after arrival and was quick to respond when I had a question. The property was better than expected and every room was setup for 7 adults or 4 couples. The only thing different from the photos is there is no access to the top deck of the pool house. That makes sense to me for safety reasons. The close proximity to Mohican and Mount Vernon trails was amazing. Lots to do or nice to stay at the property for family relaxation. Our family travels quite often to stay at large properties. We all agreed that the Main floor was the greatest place that we had ever seen. Massive front room with fireplace as well as a large functional kitchen. The lake is deep and fishing off the dock was amazing. We stayed in October and usually fishing isn’t very good. I lost a pole do to me wanting to stay warm by the fire pit. Large catfish and lots of bluegill swimming at the bottom which was weird to me. At least I knew what the catfish were eating. The lights at the boat dock made it very easy to see. I think Megan will put some solar lights by the long stairs to the water to make it easier to see at night. We walked up on the grass which really made it safer. Overall, this property was a Gem and we will definitely come back again next year.

Great but not great

I would be careful with this property. First host doesn’t get back to you for days, no phone number only email. First night the grill had no propane emailed host about a backup…no response had to cook hot dogs and burgers in a pan. Not enough paper supplies. Had to go and buy paper towels and garbage bags. Then the ceiling started leaking in the kitchen from bathroom above it. Two weeks later and now they’re trying to get the security deposit! Unreal..

Thanksgiving Family Celebration

Close, yet far away

Our family loved the house. It lacked only a few comforts and necessities, there were no throw blankets, kitchen towels and lights on the steep stairs going down to the lake. Overall, a fantastic time. Will be back soon. Thank you.
