Laura the hotel manager gave us a personal experience. She always checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had what we needed. The cleaning staff were so lovely and kept our room beautiful. We loved coming back to it every day to relax. We loved the rooftop pool and had it to ourselves most of the time. The views of the ocean as well as the town were great. The perfect birds eye view. We could walk everywhere and it was quiet and we had very restful and comfortable night’s sleep. The beds were fantastic!!! Thank you Mero Mero xo

Hotel is located in front of the main plaza and is a couple of blocks away from the beach. It has a beautiful infinity pool in the roof. There are many restaurants at a walking distance and the hotel has a good and convenient restaurant on the first floor. WiFi may be weak in the rooms but if you need to download a film just walk down to the lobby. El Cuyo is a relaxing place and definitely this hotel helps to wind down.

Un concepto muy interesante, el hotel se encuentra en excelentes condiciones tanto de mantenimiento como en limpieza, las camas confortables, las amenidades increíbles, la alberca en el 3er piso maravillosa, mi única recomendación es ponerle gomas deslizantes a las sillas del área de comedor ya que al moverlas es un ruido bastante fuerte que retumba en l habitación

¡Fue maravillosa nuestra estancia! Mi esposo y yo vinimos a conocer el Cuyo y quedarnos aquí lo hizo aún mejor. La atención de Laura fue excelente. Queríamos ver la final de la Copa del Rey y nos dio recomendaciones de un lugar donde podríamos verla, además nos dio recomendaciones sobre el cuyo y el hotel es EXCELENTE. Se encuentra en muy buen estado, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, preciosas y climatizadas. No tengo ninguna queja, el hotel es simplemente precioso y superó mis expectativas.
El restaurante es una administración distinta del hotel. La comida es deliciosa!
