Check in was very easy! Beautiful, relaxing view of the lake. Considering Hot Springs Village for retirement, so we enjoy coming to visit the area often to get a feel for the overall place. "Lucky 13" was a nice place to stay!
What a beautiful place to enjoy my coffee and devotional time! This whole side of the room was floor to ceiling windows!

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The lake view was beautiful, and the quiet setting made it perfect for relaxing and unplugging. Everything we needed was provided, and check-in was easy and smooth. We really enjoyed spending time on the lake and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! Bill was an excellent host. Communication was clear, timely, and helpful.

Our goal was to simply disconnect from work and see if this was a location we would want to purchase property for retirement. Within 24 hours we absolutely fell in love with the area and the people. We had an opportunity to meet the owner of "Lucky 13" and it was very evident that he truly takes pride in making sure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay at his property. Highly recommend this property and looking forward to returning. By the way, the fishing is awesome off the dock!!! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing trip!!!!

Location and Space is Superb!

This condo was so spacious and the view of the lake was awesome. Waking up each morning and eating breakfast with a view was great. The beds were seriously comfy and the furniture was nice.
