Hab a great stay place is nice we had most of the panesala to our selves.The 3 decks on the cottage are nice gives you nice views with no sun although the back deck gets very little sun anways .The place is well supplied with every thing you need.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay at the cottage, which was clean with plenty of space. We enjoyed kayaking from the front and back decks, grilling hot dogs on the grill, and listening to/ watching the geese. Good hiking and dining around nearby Hot Springs.

Wonderful stay at this cute little cottage! The back porch overlooking the water was secluded and serene. We had everything we needed. Host stayed in touch and provided a welcome book with lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely come back!

Relaxing at the lake.

Love the layout of the cottage. Not too small and not too large, wonderful kitchen, Weber Grill on back patio was great for grilling shrimp with a view of the water. Clean, comfortable and easy to relax. Definitely recommend and we will return to it again.

Our stay at The Cottage on Cape Catherine was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—tucked away on a peaceful peninsula that stretches into the lake. The water was calm throughout our visit, and the beautiful scenery made every morning feel special.The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything in perfect order. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our dog, Buddy, loved it just as much as we did—he enjoyed exploring the area and relaxing by the water.This cottage truly offers a serene escape, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. We can’t wait to return!

The house was clean and very nice. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful. The only thing ( and this does not affect the house or host) the bed was too low to the floor for us old folks, and it felt like you sunk into the mattress a lot. But this is a very good place to stay and relax.

Great stay. Property was as advertised. Close proximity to local attractions. Had a blast floating around peninsula in kayaks. Would recommend.

great location

Had a great time enjoying some of what the area offers, I recommend this for a couples get away. Only issue we had was the drain in the bathtub and sink were slow to drain. This is a great place overall.

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect location for me and my cat to go visit my family who live at Diamond Head. It was also super convenient cause they were able to come over and meet my pet. Everything was as expected and Laura was wonderful.

Peaceful and relaxing weekend

We had a little getaway for our anniversary and just wanted a relaxing quiet weekend and that’s exactly what we got. Beautiful views and just sitting on the porch enjoying the lake. Super dog friendly and the pups enjoyed the views and area too! We will definitely be back! And not too far away from downtown either!

Only complaint was the bed...........back was extremely sore after sleeping on it 3 nights.......also the board around the bed was a shin buster..very painful.

Perfect peninsula place.

It was nice to be surrounded by water. The geese were entertaining just by themselves. The cabin was a quick access to Garvan gardens and super easy to get to town. The place was clean and pretty much well maintained. Will stay again.
