You won’t be disappointed by this renovated condo. The remodel was completed December 2017 with new paint, furniture and decor. The amazing view of Lake Hamilton is panoramic . The soothing colors inject a calming and comfortable personality to create an experience to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the world.
2 bedroom, 1 bath comes with Kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots and pans . Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom.
The complex comes with a huge swimming pool overlooking the lake with lots of green space. Two swimming docks and picnic area create a great outdoor space that is an extension of outdoor space .
Laundry facilities are located on the grounds.
Weather you are in Hot Springs to enjoy the live horse races, gaming, at Oaklawn, conventions ,hospital business, muesems, lakes, fishing, Magic Springs Water Park, Garven Woodland Gardens, or a honeymoon we have a deal for you.

Good location, Good views, Not Great Condo

Pros: Great Views, Location was close to everything, Check in was very easy and smooth, Easy lake access Cons: The unit is listed as non-smoking, but smells like a smokers condo. If you're sensitive to that, don't stay here. We couldn't find the key to the pool even after I contacted the owner, the dishes were dirty, there was glass outside the unit which my husband cut his foot on, there were holes in the sheets, the countertops and kitchen table had food on them, and the walls had stains.

Small but comfortable

The condo complex is fairly run down and had some miscellaneous junk on the sidewalk that we had to step over to get to the pool. The pool is very large, but was in need of some cleaning, there were a few deflated blow-ups laying around. The unit itself was updated and comfortable. The biggest negative was that it smelled of smoke every time we entered. I didn't check the listing to see if it was smoke-free but definitely will in the future. I cleaned it to try to get rid of the smell but it didn't really help. The smoke smell also made me question how clean the unit was. It looked clean, but it didn't have a clean, fresh smell. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were in great shape and very soft. The bathroom appeared to be clean and there were nice, fluffy towels. The kitchen is small, but served our needs just fine. The walls are thin and we could easily hear the neighbors tv. The lake view was very nice.

Relaxing

My husband and I drove to this condo from Texas for a week long stay. It is a cozy condo and well furnished. It has a wonderful view of the lake from the living room. Weather was hot and humid (as expected) but we got lucky and it got cooler on few days (and rained too). We loved staring at the lake and reading our books - feel so rested and recharged.
