PLEASE CONSIDER AND READ ENTIRELY!!! Everyone beware of this property and always pay through the third party and not the hotel. I say this because the individual in charge is a liar and a scammer. He will try to give you the wrong room type then try to charge you to upgrade. He acts like he is not in charge to not refund you at all costs even if its for a valid issue. He is a complete scammer. I hope others have had the same experience and speak out. I whole heartedly hope no one stays at this property or other properties managed by the individual who calls himself Sam. On my stay alone, I watched him give individuals dirty rooms including myself. He denied multiple individuals refunds claiming he was new and he is not the manager. I verified from a valid source that he is in charge and he does all the time. I hope everyone sees this review and reconsiders staying there. Not the worth the hassle from an unethical individual who doesnt care if you have a good stay and only cares about keeping your money. Worst stay i've ever had. I hope that Baymont and Wyndham read this and do something about this guy because he shouldn't be managing any hotel.

I called the hotel confirm I'd be arriving after midnight to make sure that would be ok, they said it was find. I arrived to find they gave my room away, and put me in a "pet room." My son is highly allergic to dogs (can prove with medical records), so we refused to stay when his allergies immediately began (room was filthy with peeling wallpaper, animal scratches on furniture, and stained carpet). At 2 am, I had to find another hotel an hour drive away in Keystone. The management REFUSED to refund my money despite Expedia requesting they refund due to receiving an unagreed upon room. I have never been treated so rudely at a hotel. Also, it is located directly across from an older, run-down single-wide trailer park. Nothing against mobile homes, but it looked a tad sketchy.

The pool and hot tub were dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. There was mold on the pool walls. The bathroom in the room was dirty and had hair in the tub drain. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

We left early, I’m not a review guy, but don’t stay here. We didn’t have high expectations, but it was very bad. Hot water wasn’t hot, toilet didn’t flush, I killed 10 bugs in our room, door handle was falling off, door to the room wouldn’t close, stains on the bed sheets, overall not a clean place. I tried to avoid writing this, but the owners will not respond to me, so don’t expect any customer service if you have any issues either.

Not very well maintained and shower needed a good scrub with bleach and vinegar for the hard water and stains. Workout room had very old equipment. The air conditioner unit wasn’t installed properly there was a gap where you could see outside.

The woman working the desk went out of her way to help us. She helped us load in and she dried our swimsuits so we could get in their nice warm pool. They also had a great breakfast.

Great check in Lady! to a Creepy night Guy

So the gal working when I checked in was excellent remembered us from last year bout same wknd for daughters Bday. I informed lady that her friends be watching movies late but I had to run 1 girl home. When I got back the day gal was gone and i got to the room girls were freaking out cause some guy was creeping in the gym room that had old connector double door with the gym side open and sitting in chair by the remaining door. As I calmed the girls down we started a movie and I took my laptop to sitting area do some school work and he walked out of gym room mean mugging me and just walked down the hallway so I just went to my room double locked the door. I assume he was night shift because there was only 4 cars in parking lot and he was the only other person than the day shift gal I seen during my stay. The gal was amazing she interacted without delay listened to what concerns I had with a smile! but the night guy was creepy made daughter and I uncomfortable was listening at door in gym by our room! This made me feel worried what if theres hidden cameras in our room, is he just gonna sit in gym room with gym side door open.... Im not usually intimidated but if your in a position that requires people skills then Creeping around and not communicating is the fastest way to scare women away

There were urine stains on one of the comforters. There was no remote for the tv. Blow dryer didn't work, hard pillows, no wash cloths, dirty floor, fridge didn't work
