The Lodge at Mammoth Cave
4/5 Good
"Overall we had a good one-night visit, staying in one of the historic cabins (# 1). We weren't expecting anything fancy, of course, but the cabin needed some maintenance. The door to the bathroom was out of alignment, so it couldn't be shut at all. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was also really loud, made it unpleasant to use the facilities. We mostly enjoyed the dining room in the main lodge: good food and friendly staff (with the exception of the person who served us at dinnertime on Oct 8 - she was not very nice). The HVAC "white noise" in the dining room was pretty loud, though - we ended up taking our breakfast into the main lobby to avoid it."
