Street is a massive construction zone. Extremely noisy everyday during our visit. This made all outdoor areas unusable during the day.

Our stay was PERFECT!! The house was even better than pictured, was a block from the beach and close to many great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The pool and landscaping was beautiful too. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property! We were so comfortable at this beautiful home. Had one minor problem with pool and the management team had someone come out and correct the issue on a Sunday! Would highly recommend this property.

Great home and location.

We loved the location of the house and the house itself was absolutely perfect. The poll and patio area was so nice for relaxing! Super close walk to the beach. Highly recommend !! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

The house was larger than it looked in the pictures. Lots of room to spread out. The sunroom had a sofa bed which we utilized. There was also one in the living room. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Great heated pool which made it enjoyable since the weather was cool. Took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. All kids of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and toys to enjoy. Lovely island. Rented a golf cart which made it fun for our grandchild. The only problem we had were we needed a few more blankets and we were given them promptly . I would certainly stay here again.

Awesome stay!

My partner and I spent almost 2 weeks at this property and it was awesome. The house was perfect and had everything you could think of. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you could need. The house was spotless. The location to the beach couldn't be beat and it's a few steps from one of the AMI trolley stops. We hope to make this trip a yearly vacation and will definitely be back to this place.

Backyard Oasis

Who needs the beach? The backyard and pool are truly a haven. But the proximity to the beach is also a plus. The kitchen was extremely well supplied compared to other rentals. The garage was filled with anything you need for the beach. We like this end of the island after staying at the other end last time. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

House is great for 2 adults or a small family. Great location in regards to beach. Relatively quiet depending on renting neighbors. We did hear some loud kids frequently. Easy walk to beach. Clean, well equipped. Pool is nice, but cold in winter even with heating. Just a fact of weather. It's a bit of an aggravation picking up and dropping off keys. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I stayed in this rental for one glorious week. The property was exactly as listed beautiful backyard and pool accommodations couldn’t have been better! We loved the beach wagon for the short block and a half walk to the beach with the provided cooler we will be back! .

Very nice location

The house was clean and had all the necessities for the week. The beach was a short walk from the house. The pool and outdoor patio area was everybody’s favorite part about the house. If we had any issues with things breaking or not working properly, the office sent out Wes to fix it. He went above and beyond to fixing things or answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
