The house was very nice and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It was in a great location with an easy stroll to the beach. The pool was great although it took us a few days to get the heat working. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Great AMI Rental!

The home is in a wonderful location! We loved being on the water, having a pool and a short walk to the beach. The house is laid out well and feels like three separate suites. It worked well for us as I was traveling with two young kids and my mother-in-law. We would highly recommend the property! My only complaints are that the property manager was slow to respond on request. We needed the floors cleaned, extra pillowcases, and the pool fixed. It took over 24 hours to get any of that done. We lost two entire days of swimming because the pool heater was not working correctly. Overall though, it’s a lovely home, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing outdoor fun

We absolutely loved our stay! The walk to the beach was easy, the beach cart came in handy, beach chairs were supplied. The pool and deck were perfect for relaxing, chatting, and grilling. My favorite spot was the rooftop deck, gorgeous views and so peaceful! Our only complaint would be the stained furniture in the living room area. But the house itself was clean. We had trouble with the clothes washer and management sent someone to fix it immediately. We would highly recommend and would absolutely return again.

Perfect for families

Our family of 6 couldn't have asked for more. Great location to take a short golf cart ride to the beach, while coming home to a dock on the bay. Easy access to the Publix for things you need. Took no more than 10 minutes to get to incredible food on the island. The kids loved the pool area, and we'll miss having a drink at night on the rooftop. Highly recommended (unless we want it that week).

Nice House, perfect location, poor property management

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much! The location is fantastic and the house nice. Unfortunately their are quite a few things that have to / should be fixed at this rental: pool light not working, dock light not working, dish washer leaking, wall next to the pool black after someone tried to prep bbq next to it, no remote for outdoor tv and some other details (one single point not too bad - but in total a little annoying) We informed the property management not only once and nothing happened. Only for the dishwasher someone came: his solution was to shut down the water… What I want to say: beautiful place for vacation but poor property management!

A few snags

We had a good time in this house. Anna Maria Rental company was not helpful, though. There are 2 king beds in the house but no king pillows at all, and a few were missing pillow cases - the rental company said king pillows were not in their “linen services” so they couldn’t help us. Also, there are 2 firepits (one on the rooftop area) but neither one worked. We called 3 times and no one came out to fix them. It was chilly while we were there so would’ve been nice to actually be able to use them. The house needs some updates and looked very worn. A sheet was left on the pull out couch. Lastly, they sent us the wrong code for the door so we had trouble getting into the house at first.

This property was more than we could have hoped for. With the way the bedrooms were set up, it was almost like three separate suites. Loved that we didn't have to deal with stairs and the pool was the perfect size.

Best House on AMI!!!!

This is our third stay on AMI and this was by far our favorite house. The master bedroom feels like a tree house with all the shutters open with a great view of the bay. By far the best outdoor space with part of the pool and hot tub covered so you can soak during the afternoon rainstorms. We kayaked right off the back dock every day. The only downside for us was the location. We like to be farther up on the northern end of the island with less traffic and slower pace, but the property is absolutely gorgeous. The crows nest balcony way beautiful in the evenings. We'll be back!!!

Lovely place!

This property was located a short walk to the beach and on the intercostal waterfront. Beautiful house tastefully appointed with a wonderful pool and dockside deck. Also has a roof top deck with awesome views! House has basic kitchen amenities but you need to supply all of your own spices, salt, pepper etc. if you want to do any cooking. We enjoyed our time here and would come back in a minute!

Gorgeous Home!

We enjoyed our week-long stay in this house so much. Very modern and clean. Unfortunately, the pool heater didn't work (error code) and the roof top fire pit was not working either. Still, plenty to love about this house. Very comfortable. Very clean.

Beautiful house, beautiful location- poorly managed and maintained.

This house is fairly new, around 2-3 years old. It seems that the cleaning staff does a quick sweep, and that is it. Upon arrival, there was orange mold in the corners of the shower, black mold under the toilet, a dirt ring in the toilet, dust on everything, stains and food on end tables, dirty plates and food stuffed behind the kitchen garbage. Sand and small debris was on every floor, where we actually had to sweep it up ourselves. The outside patio could use a simple spray down with a hose. Broken glass was found inside the hot tub, and the pool floats and chairs were just thrown in the outside storage area, soaking wet and filthy. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was programmed to be shut down around midnight of our last full day. We woke up at 5 am due to a stuffy and hot house. Although we were checking out at 10 am, it did not make for a pleasant nights sleep or packing in the morning, especially when I have an asthma condition. If Annamaria Island wasn’t such a paradise, and the house so beautifully built, I would be alot more upset. Management needs to do some actual physical inspections of this property!
