An old style room, the kettle wasn’t clean and the air conditioning was noisy although the room was quite spacious. Holbrook is a perfect overnight stop if traveling between Sydney and Melbourne.

We were initially given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. We were put in another room that had mould in the shower, surfaces not clean, towels and linen didn't smell clean. Staff member was pleasant however I feel the downfall is standard of cleaning.

I stayed here for one night and it was great! more spacious than I expected and the bed was clean and comfy. It was very quiet and dark at night, but still within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The bathroom was good, the water pressure in the shower was wonderful! only thing was that the shower could do with a touch up, it was a bit cracked and stained. other than that, it was a perfect place to stay after a long drive :)

Good place easy access

Convenient and friendly, if you pretend doing late the check inn highly recommended call them and they make the arrangements for doing easy way, have everything basic for a comfortable stay
