Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised Our stay at Ha Do Centrosa was nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The key retrieval instructions were incorrect, and after 45 minutes of searching, we learned there was no mailbox for our apartment. A lady arrived an hour later, briefly handed us the key, and rushed off. Inside, the bed sheets were used and stained, with no towels or toilet paper provided. My wife developed a rash from the dirty bedding—thankfully, we found a pharmacy for lotion. We reported the issue but got no response the first night. The next day, a plastic bag with a sheet was left at our door—no explanation. I don’t know how Expedia could promote a place like this. It was overpriced, unsanitary, and completely misleading. We deserve compensation for the poor sleeping conditions and the overall terrible experience.
