Another great family vacation, the house location is perfect for walking/biking to the beach, Harbor Town, South Beach and Salty Dog. Quiet neighborhood with walking/biking paths nearby to all things Sea Pines.

We loved this house! The layout was great and very kid friendly and close to a lot of fun activities and places we wanted to see. We thought the backyard was fenced in from the listing which made us a little nervous at furst with small kids but it ended up being great! Would definitely recommend!

Our beach vacation

This was our first visit to Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head Island. The house was lovely as pictured the grounds were well kept the private pool could have used some repairs. But the beach access was limited and not for the handicapped. It was explained at the time of booking my 83 old mother would be a guest and she has mobility issues when I asked if there was beach access near by the answer was yes but this was misleading you had to drive to a parking area and catch the trolley to the beach access and then walk down a long board walk to access the beach. This was very complicated for someone with mobility issues.The process of in out of the car on off the trolley and the distance walk to the beach would have been exhausting to someone with mobility issues and was out of the question. It was disappointing to say the least. We rented an home with a pool and did not get to go to the beach. Our beach vacation. Scooters and Gokf carts are not allowed on the resort you had to rent bicycles which was out of the question for my mother. We enjoyed our stay in the lovely home the deer would stroll through the yard twice a day that was nice. Do not feed the wildlife. The cleaning fee was very high if you have to take out the trash clean the grill and place the dishes in the dishwasher. Linda &Jay responded quickly. On your last day don’t park in the car port due to bicycle rentals for the next group may block your exit.

It is a lovely, well maintained property. The hosts provided lots of thoughtful items. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a lot, or a little. Nice walk or bike to the beach. The property is laid out well for some privacy and gathering space. The pool is very lovely and private.

Weekend get away to sunny Sea Pines!

Our family of three enjoyed a quick weekend visit to sunny Sea Pines . This home was everything we were looking for in a vacation stay. Comfy beds, a beautiful, convenient setting and a lovely home. The owners communicated well and were very accommodating .

Perfection

We loved everything about our stay in this home. It was incredibly clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and the backyard was cozy and private. They even left dog treats for our pup. Linda and Jay made check-in a breeze and sent all info we could possibly need prior to our arrival. The home is located in Sea Pines so it is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was the perfect home for our family vacation!

Coconut Cabana- A Slice of Heaven!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here at Coconut Cabana this past weekend. The home was gorgeous yet comfortable. Perfect for a couple or small family and it was pet friendly! The gated front yard area was perfect for our dog to go out. The true gem of the home was the backyard oasis with private heated pool, grill and cabana. We had some couple friends over one night and grilled out and it was the perfect house to entertain guests. The location of the home in Sea Pines was ideal. Our hosts, Linda and Jay, could not have been more inviting, communicative and accommodating. We look forward to coming back soon! Thank you, Linda and Jay!

Deer Run & Deer Fun!

The house is great and exactly as described, plus the backyard is fantastic for watching deer, birds and the occasional raccoon. We loved using the fire pit at night. Close to bike paths and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen with a few provided necessities to get you started like tea, coffee, and a roll of paper towels.

Excellent stay!

Very well appointed property with every kitchen utensil, pan or bakeware that you could want. There were also grill utensils and a clean grill. The pool was not heated (we did not request that) and was too cool for swimming. We.were very comfortable and this would be great home for a family. The kids bedroom was darling! Property management was easy to reach and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Lovely House

We had a great vacation! Everything was great about the house. The house was walking distance to the beach which we loved. The neighborhood was quiet.The property managers, Jay and Linda, were super responsive. They even warned us about a small car accident in Sea Pines which necessitated closure of a road. I would definitely rent this house again!

Coconut Cabana: Comfy and Cozy

Excellent property with enough room to spread out and still be nice and cozy. Incredibly clean and well appointed. Lovely landscaping with a friendly pool highlighted by daily deer crossings. We really enjoyed our stay and the excellent support provided by Linda , Jay and their beachsidehiltonhead team. Fully recommend this property or any others in the Beachside Hulton Head stable. I’ve been going to Hilton Head for 40 plus years and this was one of my favorite spots. The home was clean and well equipped. It was a cozy place perfect for our family. The property manager is the BEST I have ever worked with. They were extremely responsive and the small touches they made were great. We will be looking to stay here again.

Coconut Cabana

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location in Sea Pines on a quiet street, wonderful and private backyard/pool area and nice open layout. Kitchen was well furnished and the outdoor cabana bar was a pleasure as well. Owners/management company kept us well informed. Highly recommend.
