The property and location were wonderful. Only regret was that we were unable to utilize the screened in porch due to the excessive pollen.Other than that, the house was a great gathering place for friends/family. Thanks!!!

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 12. Our family vacation was the week of Thanksgiving and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a great meal. The house was clean and spacious. Loved the screened room where the adults relaxed after the kids went to bed.

Amazing beach home that felt like

I really loved this vacation home. It was such a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing and my kids loved using it during spring break. The house is beautiful and so big. The house is so accommodating to families with little one. The master bath is so beautiful! The house was very clean. The beach towel provided was such a nice touch.

Thanksgiving

Beautiful house in great location on Sea Pines within walking distance to Harbor Town. The house was perfect for our family of twelve to spend the week of Thanksgiving. I highly recommend this property.

A quick return

Everything about the house was great! Communication with the property manager was easy and very informative. The house was well maintained and clean. We are looking forward to returning to the island as soon as possible and hopefully renting this same property. Thank you for letting us stay.

Amazing house and golfers dream.

This house was amazing. Great location. About a 7 min bike ride to Harbor Town, 5 min bike to the horses, and 12 min ride to the beach. We have an 8th month old and she loved the pool. The pool area is nice with many chairs and lounge spaces. If you are a golfer you will love this house. It sits a 2 min walk to the 8th green on Heron Point. Every night we chipped and putted on the green. Also you can walk 4 holes and it brings you right back to the house. Each bedroom has a very nice updated bath except for one which was no big deal. Double King beds which was also a perk! Big kitchen with all the top appliances and best part was it had the little things; zip lock baggies, blender, two coffee makers, and wine cooler. Master is roomy and the shower is huge. I would definitely recommend this place. Only negative thing was when we 1st got there the water was still shut off, however the property management was right on it and had two plumbers out there within the hour. I would 100% stay at this house again.
