HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Heritage Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans will have to pay the fine) and must be crated when left alone in the property.
POOL: Complimentary access to the Harbour Town Pool is included with this rental!

Gorgeous, Comfortable and Well-Appointed Home!
This is a lovely home with everything you need. Beautiful views of golf course. Everything was pristinely clean and well organized. The neighborhood is a joy to walk or bike around — great location. We didn’t want to leave!!

Great stay at Hilton Head
Very nice, updated and tastefully decorated property, in a quiet neighborhood on the island within walking distance to Harbour Town and Pine Center, and with a bike path/walking trail to the Beach (about 1 mile). This was the best equipped VRBO we have ever had - the host thought of every detail. We would definitely stay again at this property.

Quick end-of-Summer Family Trip
We wanted to spend a few days together before school starts back up and we love Hilton Head. The location and property is fantastic and there is nothing you need while staying at this property!
