We stayed at this property from Sunday to Saturday, nearly a full week. After reading prior reviews, I have to agree with the one- and two-star ratings. The owner often replies that issues could have been fixed if contacted during the stay, but after traveling all day to begin a beach vacation, the last thing guests want to do is report problems that should already be obvious.Our biggest issue was cleanliness. At first glance, it looked surface clean, but overall the condo felt grimy. Several areas had not been properly wiped down, and finding dirty dishes put away in the cabinets was especially unpleasant. The kitchen was updated, but very understocked for anyone wanting to cook.Pros: short walk to beach, great resort amenities, beautiful beach, clean pools with plenty of chairs, updated kitchen, nice deck, wagon for beach gear, excellent air conditioning.Cons: needs a deep clean (walls, molding, carpets, couches), uncomfortable beds, poor pillows, only one roll of toilet paper per person for seven days, had to buy extra paper products, rusty beach chairs, construction view from deck, bedrooms have no outside windows and face a public hallway with little privacy or natural light, poor Wi-Fi/cell service indoors all week.This is the kind of review I wish I had read before booking. We stay as guests at owner rented properties often, but here the cons outweighed the pros, and we would not stay again.
