We hadn’t stayed here in three years and were excited to go back. However, something was off during our entire visit. I couldn’t really tell if it was just a slack front desk staff or the constant issues we had with our room including missed housekeeping and a fridge that kept dying or the fact that they seemed to start charging for everything including poolside seating and a late checkout. Our room keys never seemed to work either. Also the poolside area was constantly in need of a pickup. The hotel was also super loud, including the fact we were literally next door to the ice machine. For a Westin, our expectations were not met this time.

This property is top notch. Is is not brand new but is well manicured, the valet staff were on top of things. Check-in was a breeze and check out was even easier. Multiple pools allowed for people to spread out and beach access was easy. 10/10 WILL stay here again!

The pool and beach were beautiful. I do feel the rooms need a little face-lift, like repainting the doors and maybe up dating the bathrooms. Food was excellent! But the menu was small. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

The hotel is looking worn. The staff was friendly. I requested a bathrobe to our room twice but nothing ever arrived. The breakfast buffet is very nice with good wait staff.

The hotel itself and grounds were impeccable. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom in the room, however, had that 'dirty/sour wet rag' smell. No visible signs of dirt, but just that nasty smell that only bleach will eliminate. I would stay there again because the resort is stunning, but I'll bring some bleach next time.
