* **Living Area:** Styled with comfortable seating, including a sofa bed with an upgraded mattress and matching love-seat. Features a 50" HD LED TV (100+ channels), Free Wi-Fi, and local guides, maps, and restaurant menus.

* **Kitchen & Dining:** Remodeled kitchen with expanded counter and cabinet space, updated appliances, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, standard DRIP coffee maker, cookware, and wine glasses. Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the entire first-floor villa via an electronic internet-based door lock.

* **House Rules & Requirements:**
* **Age Limit:** Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
* **Restrictions:** Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS permitted on premises,
* **NO motorcycles, boats, trailers, or work trucks with ladders.
* **Bicycles:** Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the villa at any time; please use the outdoor bike racks provided.

* **Starter Supplies Provided:** Clean bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and packets of laundry detergent are provided to start your stay.

* **Departure Expectations:**
1. Return all furniture and accessories to their original locations.
2. Wash, dry, and put away all kitchenware, utensils, and used towels (do not leave laundry inside the washer/dryer).
3. Empty all trash into the outdoor dumpster near the building.
4. Lock all doors/windows and close all blinds/curtains before leaving.
