Beds were good and room was very comfortable. Air-conditioning was nice although if you open up the curtains at all, it cannot keep up. Comfortable stay. Biggest drawback is the elevators which was ridiculous. It was not uncommon to wait 15 minutes for an elevator (at the lobby) when there were three operating . I don’t know what was going on, but they did not operate correctly at all.

Great place to stay as this was our first time to Hilo and everything was close by! Loved the comp drink tickets that they give per day. Would stay here again when we go back to Hilo.

We came for the Merrie Monarch festivities. Staff is amazing, the room was clean. We enjoyed breakfast and a late lunch early dinner...the food was amazing!!!
