We have 2 queen bedrooms and a large living/family room to spread out in.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook simple meals.
Expect fresh milk and eggs in the fridge along with condiments.

Relax with a batch of popcorn in the retro style popper.

Very nice clean comfortable place. Communication from the owner was great. He went above and beyond with nice touches to make us feel welcome from snacks, to coffee/tea and even some staples in the fridge. The location is nice and convenient within easy walking distance to downtown. We would recommend it highly for anyone visiting Marion County. Thanks so much!!!

Homecoming weekend

My wife and I were in town for our 50th college reunion. Her cousin and husband from Mississippi were with us. We were happy with the property. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed watching our favorite team play football on the tv in the living room. We appreciated the eggs and milk and popcorn but did not need to use them. We didn't know what to do with the towels or bedding so we left them as is. More instructions on that would have been helpful. We did not find any kitchen towels. We may stay again when we are in town.

Overnight at the Lincoln Landing

This was the cutest house to stay in. Everything was so clean and the owner was very accommodating, let my friend and I check in a little early so we could get ready for a wedding. I highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the area!
