We had a great time. The place met our needs well but there were several maintenance/ upkeep issues that were minor. We were required to give a star to skiing but it was fall not winter so that question was not applicable. Overall it met our needs and we would recommend this house.

Perfect for a ski getaway

We had a great stay - super close to Belleayre, beautiful and private property. Really clean house with everything we needed, great sleeping options, and the kids loved the basement as a place to play. Definitely good to have 4-wheel drive for the driveway in the winter! We would stay again!!

We had another absolutely wonderful stay at this house — multiple years in a row — and it was just as perfect as the first. The home is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing fall weekend. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail to ensure guests feel welcome and at ease.Dealing with Kim has been a real pleasure — she’s responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cares about making the stay seamless. The surrounding area is as stunning as ever, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors or simply unwind and take in the views. My group looks forward to the days hanging out in the yard and the nights at the fire pit. It’s quickly become a fall tradition for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

Beautiful setting

Let me start by saying we’ve stayed at this rental many times and hope to return again. The property is well situated within a short drive to a number of local amenities. The surrounding property is well kept and a beautiful place for young children.

Perfect weekend getaway

Beautiful home close to Belleayre Mountain - plenty of space for 10 adults, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, large open kitchen and living space. Perfect spot for our ski trip, would absolutely book this house again next year!

Excellent trip!

We really enjoyed this house as it had plenty of room for my family and our friends. It was the perfect location being so close to the mountain for snowboarding and the hill was awesome for sledding! Lots of privacy and the hot tub was a great way to end the day.

Great Family Get-Away

We celebrated my Dad's 70th and sister's 40th at this location and had a wonderful time on this beautiful property. The kids loved the yard, pond and stream and the adults loved the fire pit. The home was cozy and welcoming. Would highly recommend this location!

Quiet and Peaceful

Beautiful place! So nice and quiet other than the beautiful sound of the stream behind the house. We had 8 adults and there was PILES of room. Would definitely stay again!
