The pool was wonderful and the staff welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to provide coffee earlier. There were few options for coffee around hotel and breakfast service was late for us.

Nice staff, nice hotel but a bit understaffed

The hotel is very nice- clean, modern, well appointed room. It is rustic and modern at the same time. Nice location and great views. Very peaceful setting. Good restaurant. The staff is super nice and helpful but it seems they may be understaffed like many properties these days. I recommend overall but I would manage expectations on level of service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Shandaken Inn - it really exceeded our expectations. The property is lovely and the inn is extremely well maintained and comfortable. Everything you need is right there. The outdoor dining area looks out to the open space and the surrounding mountains. We loved sitting around the fire pit later in the evening and enjoyed meeting other guests as well. The food was great - breakfast choices were abundant and dinner was delicious. The staff was wonderful and helped make our stay utterly enjoyable. We will definitely return.

Great place and wonderful staff

Amazing place to stay and great staff who were helpful with many tips on the best spots of the area. It was a memorable stay. One potential area of improvement would be the food which is nice, but nothing above average or outstanding.
