Check in was super quick. The room was exceptionally clean and staff was super quick with requests and paid great attention to our needs. Beds and pillows were super comfy, AC worked and the water pressure was great! We had requested a crib for our baby and a staff member immediately brought us extra blankets for the baby. Friendly staff and overall great stay. I would highly recommend.

Our stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Helen was a great! We were in town for one night, and chose this hotel due to its positive reviews. It was much better than we expected: Spacious, clean room, big comfy beds, full fridge (Yes, a full refrigerator, not a mini fridge), and a microwave! There's complimentary (continental) breakfast, which was pretty good: Waffle irons (for fresh waffles), muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee / tea. We really enjoyed it! The property is about a 20-minute walk from Main Street, so we chose to drive. We visit Helen every other year during the winter holidays, & moving forward, we'll stay @ the Days Inn by Wyndham! Special shout out to the on duty manager: Ms. Payal - Her kindness, patience, knowledge, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

My only complaint is that it was a very limited breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights and neither of the days did they offer any eggs or bacon or sausage. The hotel and staff was very good but I like I said the breakfast had short comings!

We specifically chose this property because it was not in the heart of the town and would be quieter. Was not the case at all!! The walls are thin and sleeping was difficult. Other guests on multiple occasions were loud and inconsiderate. Dogs barking at all hours. Arguing. Slamming doors. Screaming children. So much noise at ungodly hours!! Reported to the front desk twice. They did their best but the guests staying there had zero consideration for others. Breakfast was not good. Thankfully the room had a large refrigerator & we made a trip to the grocery store to purchase better options. Hindsight being what it is, I’d stay in town bc no way with how early everything shuts down would the noise be worse than what we experienced. And, you’d save a ton in parking fees since everything would be more easily walkable.
