We were extremely disappointed with the condition of our room. A major reason we chose this hotel was the advertised in-room jetted tub, which turned out to be unusable due to unsanitary conditions. Upon a simple visual inspection—and later light wiping—the underside of the fixtures and jets produced black buildup and residue. The amount of grime that came off was disturbing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. In addition to the tub, the room had other issues that compounded the experience, including a television that did not display a picture and ants present in the room. Taken together, these problems made the stay feel neglected and far below acceptable standards. Cleanliness and basic functionality are non-negotiable when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations, and we would not stay here again.

Clean and friendly. However, this hotel is like the cheaply built room where you hear everything that goes on in the hallway, the breakfast room traffic, the people above you getting up at 3:30 and walking back & forth.

First of all, NO ELEVATIOR, don't know how I missed this when booking the room but on the 2nd fl and had to bring my luggage up/down to flights of stairs. BEWARE. The room is spacious, bed comfy, bathroom adequate. The breakfast is not good; went across the street to PLANK for better coffee & morning food variety. This areas is good location for in/out Dry Creek Valley wineries; diagionally across the street is Big John's Mkt, great grocery store with excellent prepared foods. Future visit I would use other nearby hotels/motels with better amenities & an elevator!
