Pretty brick and half-timbered house, with a large enclosed garden, ideally located, a few steps from the sea.This house with furniture, both modern and authentic, is entirely open on the ground floor, perfect for sharing moments with friends or family.The American-style kitchen is open to the dining room and equipped (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso-type coffee maker and citrus press and kitchen utensils) and in continuity with it, a vast living room equipped with a TV, internet and a library.You will also find on the ground floor a lovely bathroom with a maritime atmosphere, as well as a separate toilet.Upstairs, two tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a third room offering two single beds (90x190). The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. On the same landing, there is also a toilet and a washbasin.This house offers an ideal setting for those who wish to recharge by the sea, while having the opportunity, after 50 meters, to enjoy a large garden with a landscaped terrace.Located in Pourville Bay, which has inspired many painters with its magnificent chalk cliffs, you will find restaurants and a bakery.The charming town of Dieppe, its golf course, its castle-museum, its lively market... are less than 3km away.
