Pretty brick and half-timbered house, with a large enclosed garden, ideally located, a few steps from the sea.

This house with furniture, both modern and authentic, is entirely open on the ground floor, perfect for sharing moments with friends or family.



The American-style kitchen is open to the dining room and equipped (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso-type coffee maker and citrus press and kitchen utensils) and in continuity with it, a vast living room equipped with a TV, internet and a library.

You will also find on the ground floor a lovely bathroom with a maritime atmosphere, as well as a separate toilet.



Upstairs, two tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a third room offering two single beds (90x190). The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. On the same landing, there is also a toilet and a washbasin.



This house offers an ideal setting for those who wish to recharge by the sea, while having the opportunity, after 50 meters, to enjoy a large garden with a landscaped terrace.



Located in Pourville Bay, which has inspired many painters with its magnificent chalk cliffs, you will find restaurants and a bakery.

The charming town of Dieppe, its golf course, its castle-museum, its lively market... are less than 3km away.

Top Ferienhaus in guter Lage mitten im Ort. Sehr ruhig da das Haus in zweiter Reihe steht. Der riesige, komplett eingezäunte Garten war ein Paradies für unseren Hund. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und top. Ein kleiner Hinweis ohne negative Wertung: Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist etwas steiler als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Auch ein zweites Sofa wäre toll, ist etwas zu wenig wenn man mit 4 Personen im Haus ist. Wie bereits gesagt, keine Wertung nur eine Anregung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
