This is only a small property (good) the management do all they can to help in any way. All the fittings, sheets, pillows and decor are top quality. The area is good, close to the harbour and night markets. There are no lifts, and the stairs are steep...thats just how it is.

Girl at the front desk is above and beyond. Probably one of the best service I've ever got. And the hotel and the cafe downstairs are beautiful. Made us wanna stay longer!

Perfect for one night stay

Modern and brand new, spacious rooms, well equipped (only missed the kettle in the room to make coffee), quality air condition, good service. Not on the main street, however, still a bit noisy at night. Would recommend to introduce breakfast option as part of booking.

Definitely Coming Back Again

Friendly and sincere hospitality. Also really appreciate the time and effort taken to describe the places to visit on the map. You definitely need to eat at the dimsum and fish stores 3min away. They aren't reviewed on the internet, and we won't have gone there if the staff didn't recommend. They were so good that we back there twice in our short stay.

This is a really great boutique hotel with a cool modern industrial design. I loved it. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The small cafe is nice and the coffee was delicious. Best of all is the staff. They were some of the sweetest, kindest people I encountered on my trip. They offered to help me with everything including my onward travel arrangements. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if ever in Hat Yai. The positive reviews and high score that it has are well deserved. Thank you!

A great honeymoon!

Kudos to La Pause Team, thank you for setting up everything for my honeymoon. Easy to deal with your team. The room was very nice, clean and tidy. The hotel design was beautiful. And also i’ve rent a scooter from my hotel too! Easy for me and my partner travel around. No worries because they with approach you guys with every information and famous places a Hatyai. Highly recommended and surely with come back there after this 😍🤗

Rooftop room N7 has a pump installed above ceiling of room. Pump start and shut every few minutes, loud and disturbing. Unable to sleep. Woke me up during my sleep. Complained to receptionist to cancel a second night paid if room cannot be changed. Main downside of my stay because of this annoying noise. Management must resolve this issue for a paying guest.

Impressive! Good location , wonderful hospitality by June at the reception who not only gave us a colored map on thr locals and popular eating joints, she even personallly brought us right to our room, told us about the non chargeable beverages in the fridge. Love the personalised printed welcome note kn the bed. What a wonderful experience. Truly a league of their own. We've stayed in more expensive hotel in Hatyai and none like this

By far the best hotel that I have stayed with. The hospitality and the environment are all beyond expectation. Really beautiful boutique hotel in Hatyai. Luxuary at the most affordable price. Only 8 rooms available so don’t forget to book early. Not the best of location but you can definitely grab or tuk tuk anywhere! Its like 5-10 drive everywhere. There are nearby night street food and local food about 5-10mins walk too. The staffs are so welcoming and always so nice. The welcome drink is great. I will definitely be back and stay here again when I am in Hat yai.

A Gem Hotel

We arrived on 8 July 2018. The Ambience and simplicity of the decor beautiful..staff are pretty helpful guiding us where to go and eat..rooms are comfortable and Clean..
