This Beautiful mountain-style condo is the closest property to the Banff Park Gate with 2 minutes driving. Only 16-minutes driving to the world-famous Banff town centre and only a short 7-minute driving to the heart of Canmore.

With 2 queen size beds in the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, this property can house up to 6 people, perfect for families.

The spacious living room with fireplace allows you to relax while watching TV. During your stay, it is easy to cook a home-made food for the whole family with a fully equipped kitchen and a shared BBQ grill at the backyard, just like what you do at home. Individual access at the front and back makes it easy to keep social distance from other units.

Great place to stay. Slightly out of town but an easy drive for groceries and dining. We had a wonderful girls trip to Banff and positive experience at this townhouse. Great communication from the owner made everything incredibly easy.

Zane was very communicative. The location is perfect - you literally cannot get closer to Banff Park without staying within Banff town. This location avoids the crowds in Banff and Canmore - but yet you’re 4 mins from Canmore restaurants and services

If you are looking for a property in Harvie Heights area, look no further. Zane’s property has all the amenities of being at home. Easy access to Banff and Canmore. Convenient parking, great location, comfortable, clean apartment. Very friendly, communicative host. Highly recommended.

The host was very responsive and kind. Accommodations were very nice and very clean. Can’t think of a thing to complain about. Highly recommend this spot just a few miles outside of Banff. The nearest town is Canmore which is lovely with less crowds. As long as you have a car this place is top notch

Property was very clean and well maintained. Easy to understand directions. Comfy beds. Possibly the only drawback that I may have is that it is closer to the main highway than I would have liked.

We enjoyed our stay. The remote in one upstairs bedroom did not have batteries so the TV in that bedroom couldn’t be used. We were surprised that it was 2 floors with one bathroom on each. I don’t remember seeing that in the description.

Great location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo complex was nice and quiet and convenient to amenities in Canmore and it was an easy drive to Banff NP. The condo itself was comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. We mostly visited the park, but we did spend a bit of time in the town of Banff which was really nice, but there was lots of traffic and people and parking issues. I’d rather stay somewhere close and quiet like this. Zane was excellent in communications and was understanding of our travel delays due to canceled flights. It was a great experience overall.
