Nice stay at the Arc. Kim is a friendly host. Room was a little cold but a supplementary heater was provided which made it cosier. Recommend it for access to central Harrogate. Bars and restaurants all close by. Parking was a bit difficult and Limited to on street but limited by a permit from the establishment.

Convenient hotel

Great location. Didn’t have breakfast - plenty of places nearby. Arc is not trying to be luxurious but clean and tidy and convenient. Harrogate is a lovely place for a break.

This is how you do B&B. Immaculate property, comfy bedding, good co,municsrion. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and got a great night’s sleep. House and my room was imperfect. Love this place and highly recommend. Harrogate also good.

Arc Harrogate Review

I thought the hotel was nice. It's literally opposite the convention centre so that's excellent. The service was top tier in every aspect. The only problem is the internet connection. I couldn't consistently connect to the wifi and it was extremely slow and unstable. I had to use my data in order to use the internet and even then, the connection was slow in the hotel

Birthday weekend

There was a lot of communication via owner texts prior to trip and during ..instructions for parking & payment & how to obtain keys. Stayed in the room in the eves which is very height restricted and you’re very conscious of this throughout the night scared to get up in the night incase you bump your head! Was really disappointed that breakfast wasn’t available!!! Thought it was a B & B??? The host Kim is very friendly and obliging and the accommodation is spotlessly clean and parking is free but off site it didn’t spoil our stay had an amazing wend.
