Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Absolutely disgusting room that doesn't seem to have ever been cleaned. Hair strands in the bed, soap scum and mold/dirt in shower and around sink, furniture stained and uninviting, absolutely deceptive photos (looked brand new) compared to live condition of room. Hot water didn't work. Bed uncomfortable. No service or cleaning during the full length of stay. Staff was only responsive by request but not proactive in any sort of maintenance schedule. Can't complain much due to the cost but there needs to be a standard of care regardless. Location is convenient but very hard to find, no signage displaying the hotel name, just a coffee shop sign with no coffee being marketed.
