Excellent apart-hotel experience from start to finish. It's clear this hotel is very well managed and is paying close attention to the details. High level of staff discipline and friendliness is evident every time you interact. That is not always easy for a hospitality business to pull off, but they are certainly doing it well. I switched to this apartment from another hotel, and as a result of my experience I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Hanoi.

Their service is awesome. Receptionist Ms Lan Anh is very good. She recommended us a lot of cafés and guided us how to go to ancient Old town. The apartment is very quiet and calm away from the hustle of old town. Awesome place to stay. Don’t think muck. Just book it.

A beautiful, modern new hotel facing the boardwalk, JBAY Hotel was a wonderful experience. From the exceptional customer service, to the amazing rooftop infinity pools, we had a fantastic stay.
