DON'T STAY HERE!!! NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! When we arrived owner had rented suite to ANOTHER GROUP. We had to stay with strangers first night even though we had booked and paid in advance. -Suite very dirty: floors sticky, covered in hair & dirty Q-tips; moldy rags; fruit flies; smelly linen on beds; limited toilet paper; brown grime around edges of walls & showers in bathrooms; stained sinks; splattered mirrors with toothpaste & soap. Kitchen sink contained food waste, slimy rag and dirty dishes. -NO towels or garbage cans/garbage bags. -AC in the main area and the kettle did not work. Master bedroom had no bed, just foam mattress on floor. -Pool closed -NO REFUND from Expedia so had to stay OR lose hundreds of dollars. Spent $20 CANDIAN on cleaning supplies and EIGHT hours cleaning the suite. Owner REFUSED to reimburse us. PLEASE DO NOT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY BY STAYING HERE!
