I like rooms the hotel is good the restaurant is beautiful. The bar in the roof is very nice. The hotel has too a little pool in the last floor. Breakfast is varied and abundant. If I go back to Hanoi I will come back

I had a suite with bedroom and living area and two bathrooms US$150.. excellent value for the money and a great location. Very walkable. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. I had an early tour this morning and they took my luggage across the street to a sister hotel, which I really appreciated.. Hanoi Fusion restaurant is across the street and it has incredible authentic Vietnamese food the best Iā€™ve ever had!!

Excellent hotel property! This hotel is within walking distance of the Old Quarter. The area is safe and friendly. The hotel staff is very accommodating and professional. I especially appreciated their quick responses and being able to provide suggestions on the different sights to see in Hanoi. The pool and rooftop bar are a gem and have a great city view during sunsets. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

Well Located Hotel with Amazing Staff

Cozy hotel in a good central location. Rooms are small and internet and cable channels like CNN, BBC are sketchy or not available most of the time. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is decent. But the silver lining to everything is the front desk staff, who are exceptional and will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. A special shout out to Alice, who was amazingly helpful and went out of her way to make my stay amazing. These kind of special gestures are what makes travel so much fun and special.

The staff is so helpful and provide good service. They speak good English. The hotel it self has a great location in Hanoi and the rooms are clean and comfortable. When we first came to the hotel we got some Vietnamese yeah while they got our room ready. Recommend this hotel.
