Kawasaki Hotel Experience.

It was good. The airport transfer arrived on time. The room is neat and clean. The Buffet was great too. It's just 5mins.away to the airport.

This is my second stay at this hotel, it is quite here and good for sleeping. The staffs who working here are very nice and helpful even their English weren’t good but they will do everything they can to help me. Thank you so much for helping me with whatever I needed.

The hotel is near the airport so it’s easy for people who just want a night to stay then go back to the airport. The staffs are very nice and helpful, if need anything they will do the best to help you and I really appreciated.

The hotel is very close to the airport which makes it convenient for late arrivals. The breakfast is free and on the 7th floor so a nice view. The driver who picked us up at the airport was quick to arrive. Overall, I definitely recommend.

Dishonest listings — don’t book the VIP room!!!

This hotel appears reasonably well-constructed for a hotel in its price range, but the management and maintenance needs serious improvement. My booking was for a VIP room, with king-size bed, larger room area, and city views. The first room the hotel staff gave me had two twin beds. When I insisted that I had booked the VIP room with larger area and king bed, the staff showed us two other rooms barely larger than the bed itself and just said “they’re all VIP”. One of the rooms was still dirty from the previous occupant!! I did not receive what I booked and paid for, and this hotel had no intention of providing it. The classification “VIP room” and the square meter number listed as the area of the room was false and given in bad faith. Other issues: elevator call button on the ground floor didn’t work, “balcony” outside the bathroom is a security risk with the window is open, and allows other guests to walk by and spy on you while in the room even when the window is closed.
