Location - fantastic ! Right in the middle of the old quarter, and it's so easy to walk to the different tourist places. Around it, we can also easily find great food around, no matter we returned left or right from the hotel. Henry was the first person we really talk to upon arrival. He is the most welcoming, cheerful , wonderful person and made our stay amazing (Else also). He gave us many recommendations for Hanoi, all of which were perfect. Thank you again. If I stay again, I will find him without a doubt

The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and is beautifully maintained. The staff are accommodating and helpful at all times. Being mainly in English speaker the staff understood everything and helped out in so many ways. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and nothing was hard work. I heard that the hot stone massage here is famous, so I tried and it was really nice because it was massaged with warm stones. I felt truly relaxed. I can't recommend this place enough and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hanoian Central Hotel again when I return to Hanoi

Brilliant hotel and had a fantastic time. Made Hanoi even more fun to know that had somewhere in the center that was an oasis of calm to retreat back too. Room are clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread of good and they make it a point to change the spread on daily basic. All the staff member would great you and help with your request throughout your trip to make sure everything is alright. In my case, Qun Anh (Elsa) helped us with my stay, and I saw her each morning at breakfast, she gave me a gift when I was leaving for the airport. Keep up the good work! We will stay at this hotel for future trips to Hanoi

I absolutely loved staying here, even though it was so short! I was greeted with such a warm welcome at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa, by the most friendly and helpful staff. The location is really good. Beer street, Hoan Kiem Lake and Train Street are all close to this hotel, making a great place for tourists to stay. The room is very clean and has everything you need. A special shout out to Qun Anh, the kindest and most professional hotelier I've ever met. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even gave us amazing recommendations for our travels beyond Hanoi. She told us about a currency exchange office with a great rate and shared a lots of helpful tips about trusted shops in the area. It was really lovely and I was very grateful! I would definitely recommend when in Hanoi

I stayed in Hanoi for several nights and loved the minute of it. The hotel is right in the old quarter, making it super convenient to explore the city on foot. The room are spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels, water and coffee provided. I also booked a tour to Nim Bin through the hotel and it was perfectly organized from pick up to drop off, everything went smoothly. The front desk arranged it within a minutes, and I didn't have to worry about anything, At night, the street outside the hotel comes alive with local food stalls. It's such a cook vibe grilled meat, sticky rice, and people gathering. A truly local experience.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the old quarter, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being steps always form the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's charming chaos. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the bathroom functional. I especially loved the breakfast, the menu changed daily and included mix of Vietnamese favorites like pho and international options. Every morning was a treat. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone was warm, genuine, and willing to help with everything. Whether it was organizing a tour, giving food recommendations, or just offering a smile after a long day, they made me feel like more than a guest.

Andrew was super helpful during our check in and check out process. He helped with luggage, got us welcome drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us a quick walking route to train street and made excellent dinner suggestions. The hotel's location is ideal quiet at night but close to everything. Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super easy to explore Hanoi’s best attractions. Despite being in a lively area, my room was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. What really made my stay special was the staff. Every morning, they greeted me with a warm smile and asked about my plans for the day. In the evening, I ẹnoy the bar in the hotel’s restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The bartenders were not only friendly but also clearly passionate about their work. They recommended a cocktail that perfectly blended local flavors, and it tasted amazing. Their care and attention to detail made my trip so much better The bellboy was also incredibly helpful. When I arrived, he quickly carried my luggage up to my room with a smile. It’s the little things that make a big difference. I will definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the service here was truly outstanding. One evening, I had an issue with my suitcase, my lock was stuck, and I couldn’t open it. The bellman noticed my struggle and immediately offered to help. Not only did he take my suitcase to a repair shop nearby, but he also waited there until it was fixed and brought it back to my room. I was so touched by his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. The front desk team was also fantastic, helping me find the best places to buy quality silk scarves and Vietnamese coffee as gifts for my family. They even taught me a few Vietnamese phrases to use while shopping. This hotel isn’t just about a comfortable stay, it’s about making sure every guest has the best experience in Hanoi.

This was such a lovely little hotel, very conveniently located in the historic district of Hanoi. Traffic is a challenge in the narrow streets but most things were close by. The staff , especially Andrew and Antony were very helpful. We had a clean small room for two nights and the last night for 20 bucks more we upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Andrew helped us book the Halong Bay tour and didn’t try to push the most expensive tour on us. We did one day not overnight. My son’s GF left clothes in closet and Antony mailed them to our hotel in Saigon for us ! So helpful and efficient. Breakfast is included and was very decent. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely experience here, celebrating our 25th anniversary in Hanoi. They upgraded us to the Balcony Suite for a fair price and decorated our bed with rose petals. Our favorite way to start the day was the delicious breakfast, where they offer an array of Western and Vietnamese dishes. We enjoyed wonderful runs and walks at the lake, which is just a few minutes away walking distance. The lake is a wonderful area to enjoy life as a Hanoi local. Special thanks to Tommy and Elsa for making our stay so special.

Excellent facility, clean, well maintained, well decorated beautiful, awesome rooms. Restaurant was excellent, breakfast was great and dinners were also great with great Asian and European selections. Best of all the staff are simply the finest hotel staff I have ever stayed with, they know the town, will get you to all the great places, will get you the best cab fees. I stayed with my family for some nights during our Vietnam trip. The Hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can reach everything very easily by foot or by grab/taxi/scooter. The rooms vary depending on the type and are all good. The Receptionist and all the crew are amazingly kind, very helpful and welcoming. A particular mention is due to Elsa: she provided all the assistance one guest needs already before the check in, thank you very much! We would surely stay again in these hotel!

This hotel is located in the centre of Hanoi, only a few minutes on foot from the night market, the famous lake. There are rooms on the front facing the street and in the back, the latter being quieter. Staff are very friendly and reactive. We loved our stay here.
