I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed from the moment I arrived. The environment is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.The location is also excellent, just a short walk to nearby shops, cafĆ©s, and restaurants, which made it so convenient to get around.What really stood out to me, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. Their warmth and hospitality made a real difference. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience Iā€™d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is a gem. The location is excellent for exploring all of Hanoi, the facilities and rooms are super clean and nice, the breakfast top notch. What makes this hotel stand apart is the employees. The women, specifically, who operate the front desk and manage over all flow in the common area are truly amazing and special. We received SO many good restaurant recommendations as well as what to see and when. This hotel has not only trained their employees to be resourceful and helpful to their guests, they have hired top notch quality people who genuinely care for their guests. Highly recommend.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special. From checking in to checking out, we felt so looked after, relaxed and immersed in such a beautiful space. The room was perfect, drinks, location and atmosphere was incredible. The spa at the hotel is a hidden gem. I booked a massage after a long day of exploring and it was heavenly. The ambiance was peaceful, the therapists were professional, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended after a busy day in the city.

The breakfast was a delight each morning. A wide selection of both local Vietnamese dishes and international favorites was available. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I loved the pho station and tropical fruits such a flavorful way to start the day.

Hanoian Central Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Hanoi, just steps from the Old Quarter and major attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Mr. Antony greeted us warmly and even marked top sights on the map. Couldnā€™t ask for a better start to our trip.

Perfect Central Location

This hotel sits right in the heart of Hanoiā€™s Old Quarter. Everything was within walking distance like Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market, and lots of cafes and shops. It was the ideal base to explore the city without needing transport.
