The location is excellent, by far the best thing about this place.
The bathroom was nicely renovated and clean (aside from a used bar of soap in the shower).
Additionally, the mattress was clean and not stained after removing the sheets to check.
Otherwise, we feel like we were catfished. The room was small, with no space to move with the big bed taking up all the space. The main problem was the cleanliness of the walls. They were really dirty, with scuff marks, dirt, water stains, and even a yellow booger smeared on the wall.
I contacted Orbitz as soon as we saw the state of the room to no avail. I also completed the check-in survey that was emailed that evening. I knew that I wouldn’t be comfortable staying there so I lost out on the money for the room as we had to go and book another room somewhere else.
Then 3 days later, the manager continuously sent me WhatsApp messages asking why I left a bad review and why didn’t I ask for a better room. Even though upon checkin we were told it was the last room.
Please think twice before booking this hotel. If you must stay here, do not stay in 305.
