The staff really made this establishment especially Lee the lead person who was outstanding in his desire to help customers wherever possible. Otherwise the property is on a prime spot alongside the Cathedral and close to everything without being too noisy. Rooms are very large for Hanoi

Charming building, great location, friendly staff

Loved the graceful staircase up to the first floor and the balcony overlooking the cathedral. Would have preferred that the Cathedral bells didn't sound at 5am each morning, but that is part of the charm and you can't have it both ways.

Cinnamon is a cute, little stay

Cinnamon is a cute, little stay by the St. Joseph Cathedral. The amazing Rice & Roll is attached to the building. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is tasty. It's walking distance to many things in the area; to the lake, to several eateries; including a bobo tea place around the corner. Good choice for an affordable stay.

最悪です。布団には血液がついていたエアコンは壊れて効かない。スタッフは皆親切で働き者でした。ただ、シャワールームでシャワーを浴びるとトイレの便座もびっしょりです。排水のながれも悪く、自分自身で掃除しました。沢山のゴミも詰まっていました。最悪な宿でした。 マッサージを無料で出来ると謂うことで、お願いしたら、食事を朝作る若い男性が施術しました。何がか悪かっです。良かった点は教会の近くで街中だったのみ。参りました。もう二度と泊まりません。

可以考慮再住一次的小旅店

很有特色很有做風格的小型旅店，服務人員也很親切，就是浴室的熱水小了點，房裡還有幾隻小蚊子，其他都很好，早餐不是自助式吃到飽，是點餐後專程製作的餐點，但也多到吃不完，有自己的餐廳、酒吧，都很好吃！ 就在教堂旁，附近很熱鬧，吃喝逛街都方便。
