Great Location

Fantastic location, 1 block from Hoan Kiem Lake, souvenir shopping, and eateries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about the room we got this time was that the bathroom has frosted glass door so you could see when a person is on the toilet. We've stayed here before and there was no problem whatsoever with the room from the previous stay. Suggestion to the hotel, darker covering for the bathroom door.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that greeted you each time you opened the door.

Extremely efficient and lovely staff, very helpful and honest. Thank you so much! Booked a few tours with them, and they have been perfect! Room was basic, couldn’t flush toilet paper, so room got a bit smelly....... Best location, in middle of everything, 2 minutes to walk to lake.

Checkin's nightmare

we came to the hotel at 10:30 PM only to find that our prepaid room was unavailiable. the staff told us that the room was double booked and gave us another room which had no windows and was half of the size of the room we originally booked. after they unsuccessfully attempted to find similar rooms at neighbouring hotels, we had to accept the windowless room with no other choice as it was now midnight. we had just flown into hanoi and were extremelly tired and jetlagged.

Super helpful staff

I stayed at a room at the end of a top floor, in the 'quiet' zone. However, it's not so quiet. I guess the walls are too thin. I heard the noise from the next room guests the night, especially when they used the bathroom as our bathrooms are adjacent to each other's, seaparated by the thin wall. There is no 'warm' water in the shower - or it's just that in mine; I had a cold water shower. There seems to be no air conditioner and the ventilation was not good. It turned out to be too warm by the mid of the night. The bed was nice and the room was clean. I still rated it high because of its location and the service of their staff. They are located right next to Hoan Kim Lake. Very convenient and the street is busy day and night. Feel safe there. Then, their staff are super nice and helpful. I've got a lot of questions and local calls to make because the airline had left my baggage behind. Both receptionists I've asked for help were patient and sympathetic. Anna even helped me to book my train ticket to Ninh Binh and asked her colleague to give me a ride to the station as it's a rush. She gave me a call afterwards to make sure that I was taken care of and that I was clear of the fees she charged me, which was for the train ticket. I will recommend this place as you will get above average comfort, great convenience in the location and super staff service!

Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Hanoi this one doesn’t really make the cut. The room was okay but nothing special, the towels were a little rough and the walls must be thin as it was quite noisy at times. The breakfast was particularly disappointing in comparison to other hotels.

Nice hotel !!!

The location was excellent. In the middle of d quarters. Local foods everywhere. Near to hoen kiem lake too. As it was in old quarter, so weekend is crowded and vehicles cant enter. The breakfast serve here is simple & tasty. Umbrella was render to us to stroll old quarter on rainy day.

Hotel staff provided very very good service!!

Right from the start the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. When my friend had his wallet and passport stolen, the hotel staffs really thoroughly helped and assisted with the police report and getting the documents done at the embassy. The staff remembered everyone of our faces and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Room wise, it is decent but not fantastic but definitely very clean. Breakfast better off heading out to have it somewhere else. Overall still had a very pleasant stay here!

A real gem of a place

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and set in a good location with bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The thing that makes this hotel really special is the staff. They are AMAZING. The welcome and introduction to Hanoi was very informative and we were constantly given advice about places to go and explore. The staff really couldn't have been any nicer. We were even offered a ride to the airport at 23:00 after our taxi failed to arrive. This level of service was above and beyond. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!
