This sweet cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The owners on site in attached house obviously care that you enjoy your stay. Parking is tight for a larger vehicle but there is another spot within walking distance if you should need it. The beach is so close!

Adorable house and close to the beach!

We had a great stay at Hampton. The cottage was set back from the street so we didn't hear any noise or traffic at all which was a huge plus. The house was perfect for us and Gary was responsive to any questions that we had.

This home was exactly as advertised. It was clean, cozy, and fit the needs of our trip. The location is a very short walk to the beach and all of the scene in Hampton. Gary was very communicative and made the stay a pleasure.

Cute place near the water

Cute apartment. The ad says 4-6 people. It’s more 2-4. 2 adults with 2 kids and it was tight. Had a few issues. There isn’t a range fan. We cooked bacon and the smoked detector went off. We opened the door to vent out. The toilet is a little older and requires holding the lever longer to process a flush. Could use a newer higher and elongated bowl. The ceiling fan remote didn’t work. I mentioned that the battery needed to be replaced. The owner was friendly and tried to accommodate. The location is a couple blocks from beach which is nice. The shower was a bit tight but works. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Just keep in mind that it’s ideal for a couple and two kids. Anymore would be cramped.

Walking distance to the beach!

This cottage is great and has everything that you need. We stayed here for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The owners are receptive and respond right away if you need anything. You cannot beat the location as you can be at the beach every day in just minutes. We hope to return in the future!

Great little place just a short walk from the beach!

Gary and Shannon had their place set up with all the basics. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is not a yard for the dogs but a large grassy area was close by. We definitely enjoyed our stay for the month of October and saw the peak of color and experienced some cooler temperatures! Loved it! Hope to be able to stay here again!

weekend in Hampton NH

small very tastefully furnished and decorated place, enjoyed the color scheme and all amenities. It is listed as "beach" property but is really over a block away. Parking was a bit of an issue but other guests were ready to help me.

Cute Cottage

This cottage was the cutest little thing, and still had everything you needed, including the stuff you might have forgotten! The walk to the beach was quick enough to run back for anything forgotten, or a bathroom break. The fridge was stocked with condiments and other things. Shannon and Gary were quick to respond when we messaged and left a sweet gift basket with a nice surprise for our puppy.

This is a nice property is located behind a big house. You have your own little space in the back with a nice grill and gas fire pit. Great that we could bring the pet.

3 weeks in Hampton Beach

The property was exactly as the photos in vrbo. extremely clean the Hosts answered all our questions and were very welcoming. The property is very well situated, very close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. If it had been possible we would have rented for another 4 months, but the high season started and it was not within our budget. Would recommend to our friends. Thanks Gary and Sharon

Amazing spot in Hampton!

Had such a great time staying at Gary’s place for a month in October. Hampton beach was amazing in the offseason and the place itself was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Everything you need and plenty of room in this spot and the neighborhood itself is the best (really close to everything but quiet and pretty private). Gary was also super helpful and responsive so you are in good hands here. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay for a short or long period of time in this area!

Annual Family Beach trip

This was a wonderful clean cottage ! The decor inside was beautiful and well maintained . My family and I enjoyed our stay completely ! We don’t always have much family time with our adult children so this was a wonderful little trip to take . Gary was helpful to speak with and very accommodating . We will definitely try to stay here again !

Compact, Cute, and Quiet

Location of cottage was perfect. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and convenience store but on the quieter end of town, which I appreciated. The shower being located in one of the bedrooms was a little funky, but we made it work. Cottage had all the basics you need to start your stay. Outdoor seating was nice after a day at the beach or pre dinner while waiting for everyone to get ready but I didn’t realize it was more of a community area (people from other rentals using the grill in that space etc.) Owner was very responsive, parking was well explained and smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Great place! We loved it.

So light & airy, lovely decor. Owner, Gary, is extremely helpful & informative. Enjoyed the patio & gas grill. The Master bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Very clean and organized. We're definitely going back next year.

Peace and quiet at the beach!

Well, this property was just as lovely as advertised. Bright, clean, modern and beachy. It was moments from the beach at a very nice and quiet location near Ocean Blvd. Neighborhood seemed full of quiet families. Well air conditioned. Loved the separate shower room and powder rooms. Convenient. Beautifully maintained. Mr.Rubin's directions for entering the property was well explained. Parking at the nearby lot that he suggests is a very good idea and well worth the money. Take his suggestion and make a reservation. Well within walking distance. Close to coffee and food in the morning. We brought our dog with us and the end of the beach we were on was great for giving him some exercise. Gary was a lovely host. He answered any concerns or questions that we had in a timely manner and with kindness. Thanks again, Gary, your property helped us unwind. JML

Great location!

This cottage has the basic essential needs but that is all you need at the beach! The location is fantastic. Half a block walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet despite the busy summer season. All restaurants, shops, boardwalk were just a few minutes walk from the house. It was perfect for our trip!
