Huge picture windows offer ever-changing and stunning views of Lake Ontario. Dining room with seating for 6. Living room with comfortable seating. Primary bedroom offers king sized bed and quality bedding. Lots of storage in bedroom plus convenient walk in closet with built in cabinets. Five piece ensuite bathroom has huge walk in shower, double sinks and water closet/powder room with toilet and pedestal sink. Beautiful 3 season "Lumon" sunroom with retractable glass doors, offers additional casual space with comfortable armchairs, BBQ and wrought iron dining table. Lower level is fully finished with laundry room, office and rec room with large flat screen TV. Additional bathroom in lower level. This home is nestled away on a private laneway at the end of a dead-end street. Easy access to QEW and situated in Wine Country. Minimum 1 month rental
