Nice hotel , pleasant staff, overall good value however the bed in my room was very hard and lumpy I had to put a extra blanket on top of the mattress to get comfortable which helped but should not have been necessary.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it the only problem was that they put a set menu on at the night which was £45 pp which we thought was overpriced because it was a small menu with limited offers and not worth the money

A good middle of the road Hotel with good facilities. Favoured by coach companies as a base for their clients, currently a coach full of guests who are going to the Edinburgh Tattoo, a distance of almost 50 miles away. Breakfast service was a bit chaotic with only two servers in the Dining Room and all tables taken. If you are unfortunate to be in residence with a coach party be prepared for a wee bit of upset, otherwise a good middle of the road established hotel. Only 20 minutes by car from Glasgow.
