首先要批評的是expedia, 接受訂房后，馬上經內地代理藝龍 elong收取全數房金，並傳email確認完成預定，到入住當天到酒店，前台服務員反映，他們酒店電腦系統記錄，房金並沒有傳給他們，要再給一次房金才可入住，還要本人直接連絡expedia解決問題，一直浪費兩個小時有多，最後都要再給一次房金才可入住，expedia傳短訊說給錢酒店之後會退回之前付的訂金，這次不快的經歷，使我在下次出行再不會使用expedia#*#@#
