Drab and dated for the price

Average budget hotel room in an average place. I felt it was overpriced for what was offered compared to other places in Hanoi.

The only negative i have is the endless stream of ants, with a couple of other insects thrown in. The staff were welcoming, and very friendly throughout our stay. Could certainly use some blackout curtains or you're awake when the sun comes up.

Very disappointed but great view

We booked this hotel based on the 8.2/10 ratings but were very disappointed by our experience. We arrived in a room that wasn’t very clean, with little to no support from the front desk, no cold water / hot water depending on the day, people smoking in corridor in front of your room, terrible breakfast and pretty gloomy ambiance. The only positive thing was the stunning view from the room. Avoid and go to a nice AirBnb or home hotel instead

Excellent view from bedroom balcony. Great location. Helpful staff - organized our transfer from Hanoi directly to hotel and hotel to Ninh Binh for us. Transfers were smooth and hassle free. Also set up tour to cruise Ha long Bay with Mr Tung. Excellent tour. Great hotel, ok breakfast, highly recommend.
