The Confetti hotel is unique for so many reasons. The most obvious one is that the staff is the most helpful staff we have had our entire time in Vietnam. From the moment we arrived in our taxi to the sexond we left the property, the staff was helping us the entire way. It's true hospitality here! The price is great for what you get! Room with a balcony overlooking Halong Bay, mini bar with a few beers, sodas, and snacks, and a lovely, well-lit walkway into the main food and shopping area about a 15 to 20 minute walk away. We were also greeted with a free drink upon arrival, and we chose a few Halong Beers. A first for us! Excellent.

Very nice new hotel. Breakfast some days is buffet style and other days made to order. Location is by water with Ha Long Bay views. Staff is VERY helpful and friendly!

Beautiful mountain night view from the hotel room and beautiful building with nice lighting at night. Staff are very helpful and friendly with excellent services . We were having communication issue in Vietnam. In this hotel, we don't face language issue because most of the staff can speak English .

Great new property right on the water in Halong Bay. This hotel is very clean, with big rooms and comfy beds, fast WiFi and great service from the staff. Our room on the 4th floor had wonderful views of Halong Bay. Breakfast wasn’t included but was only 50k per person and was decent, a few western options and a lot of Vietnamese ones. The hotel is in a newly developed area which is very nice and safe but doesn’t have a ton around it. But you can use Grab to walk to the busier parts of Halong or it’s a 15 min walk. This would be my first choice of hotel if we come back to Halong.

The room was beautifully modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Maybe in future they could have a pool for visitors to relax in after a long day of exploring. The staff were so friendly and had good English too!
