Great 7th floor west corner unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath.

Caribbean #604 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby.

Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit has been updated completely and comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets and towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2 or $225 for 3. No cats allowed.

We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

A little slice of heaven

Our stay was amazing! My husband and I (along with our doodle) had an amazing vacation here. The condo is beautiful with everything you need. The renovations were top notch and felt like a professional designer had outfitted the place. The beds were sooo comfortable. THE VIEWS!!!! We saw dolphins every day from the gorgeous views of the beach from the balcony! Can’t wait to stay here again. We loved it! 10 stars!

We enjoyed our week at your condo. It had all the comforts of home with the bonus of a beach and pool with such easy access. Loved our mornings having coffee out on the covered balcony. The parking was easy in and out. Also loved being able to use luggage carts from our car up elevator. And such a blessing to have a decent Restroom available inside parking garage vs going clear up to condo.
