Parking Pass: You will receive an email from the Homeowners Association (HOA) for vehicle registration and to purchase your parking pass. IWW limits units to 2 parking passes but if you need additional parking, Island Outfitters offers paid parking across the street. Contact them directly for additional parking.

No Smoking or Vaping: In the condo or on the balcony. Designated smoking areas are available within the complex.

No Parties or Events

Minimum Age to Book: 25

Guests must complete a rental agreement, provide a valid photo ID, and place a refundable $500 security hold 3 days before arrival. Door codes and check-in details are provided once all steps are completed.
